Cloud & Infrastructure
Deployments, servers, monitoring, scaling, backups and cost. Keepflows takes operational ownership of your existing hosting rather than proposing a migration you did not ask for.
The starting point
Operational ownership of the infrastructure your product already runs on. We work with your existing hosting rather than moving you somewhere new, unless a move is genuinely the cheaper or safer option, in which case we will say so and explain why.
Platforms
Migration is a real project with real risk. We only recommend one when staying put is genuinely costing you more than moving would — and we will show you the arithmetic.
Turning a manual, one-person deployment into something documented and repeatable, so shipping does not depend on who is available.
Patching, configuration and the unglamorous upkeep of the machines everything else depends on.
Knowing what the infrastructure is doing, and making sure it can absorb the traffic you expect rather than falling over at the first spike.
Reliable backups, and a periodic look at where the money goes. Cloud bills grow by accretion, and most of it is fixable.
Documented infrastructure, so knowledge no longer lives with one person.
Releases anyone on the team can run, with a way back if something goes wrong.
Monitoring tuned so it tells you about real problems and stays quiet otherwise.
Where waste exists, we find it and remove it. Where it does not, we say so.
How it works
No discovery phase that bills for months. We look at the system, tell you what we found, and get to work on what matters most.
Share your website, application, technology stack and the problems you are dealing with. No prepared brief needed — a description of what hurts is enough to start.
We review the system and come back with what we found: the issues, the risks, the quick wins and the work that can wait. In plain language, in writing.
We agree on priorities, then implement the fixes, upgrades and optimizations. You see what changed and why it mattered.
For ongoing customers we monitor, maintain, update and keep improving the system, so the next problem is one we spot rather than one you report.
FAQ
Yes. Most of the systems we work on were built by someone else. We start by understanding the existing code, stack and hosting, then tell you what we found before recommending any maintenance or improvement work.
For most work, yes. What we need varies by task, though: a hosting or CMS issue may need nothing more than admin access, while a code-level fix needs the repository. We tell you exactly what access is required before we start, and we ask for the minimum that lets us do the job.
Yes. That is the core of the service. We are set up to read unfamiliar systems, work out how they behave, and make careful changes without a full rewrite.
Usually, yes — but we start with a performance assessment rather than assumptions. We measure where time is actually spent, identify the real bottlenecks, then optimize those. Guessing at performance work tends to waste money without moving the numbers.
Yes. Our ongoing maintenance model covers regular updates, monitoring, bug fixing, security review and performance work on a continuing basis. Scope is agreed against your actual system rather than a fixed package.
Yes, and it is a common arrangement. We follow your conventions, your review process and your release cadence, and we take the maintenance work so your team can stay on new development.
Send us your website or application and the problems you are seeing. We will review it and come back with an initial assessment. We reply to every request personally, usually within one business day.
