About
Keepflows exists because most businesses do not need another complete rebuild. They need someone who can understand what already exists, fix the problems, improve it, and keep it running.
Why we exist
Most software companies are set up to start things. New projects, new builds, greenfield work. It is where the excitement is, and often where the margin is. The result is that a business with a five-year-old application that mostly works has a genuinely hard time finding help.
Ask around and the answers tend to be the same: a proposal to rebuild it. Sometimes that is right. Far more often the system is fine, and what it actually needs is someone to fix a handful of real problems, get the dependencies current, make it faster, and then keep an eye on it.
That is the whole of what Keepflows does. We are not a development agency that also offers support. Maintenance, optimization and modernization of existing systems is the work — the thing we chose, rather than the thing left over after a launch.
You built it. We keep it running better.
How we work
These are not values on a wall. They are the rules we apply when deciding what to propose, and occasionally what to talk you out of.
We read the system first. Recommendations made before understanding what is there are guesses, and guesses in production are expensive.
Not everything imperfect is worth fixing. We rank work by what it is costing you, and we are comfortable telling you something can safely be left alone.
If an explanation only makes sense to another engineer, it is not finished. You should be able to repeat what we told you to someone else in the business.
The value of a maintenance partner compounds. The longer we look after a system, the faster and cheaper each subsequent piece of work becomes.
Why Keepflows
The difference shows up in what we recommend. An agency paid to build proposes building. We are paid to keep things working, so we propose the smallest change that fixes the problem.
Our first instinct is not to rebuild. It is to understand your system, find what is actually wrong, and fix that. Rebuilds are a last resort, recommended only when the numbers genuinely support one.
Most agencies treat maintenance as the leftover work after a launch. It is the work we chose. Keeping existing systems healthy is the whole discipline, not an afterthought.
We prioritize by impact: what is costing you customers, revenue, time or risk. Technical elegance is not the goal. A system that reliably does its job is.
We aim to become a dependable extension of your team — someone who already knows your system when you need them, rather than a new contractor learning it from scratch.
We explain problems in language you can act on, tell you what we changed, and tell you when something is not worth doing. Including when the answer is that you do not need us.
Monitoring, updates and periodic review cost far less than an outage, a data loss or an emergency rebuild. Proactive maintenance is the cheapest work we do.
Straight answers
We are a new company. Rather than dress that up, here is exactly where things stand.
Keepflows is a new company, so you will not find client logos or testimonials here yet. We would rather show you nothing than show you something invented. Here is what we commit to from the first conversation.
Written findings after an assessment, in language you can circulate internally — including the parts that are fine.
You see what changed, why it changed and what it cost. No unexplained hours.
If the work will not pay for itself, or you do not need us, we say so. That is worth more than the invoice.
Tell us what you are running and what is going wrong. We reply to every request personally, usually within one business day.
